SEND Education FAQ's

Norfolk SEND Partnership are a free, confidential and impartial information, advice and support service for children and young people with special educational needs and/or disability (SEND) and their parent/carers.

They can provide information, advice and support, based on the law, about SEND in education and health and social care, where it impacts on education.

The video below hopes to answer some of the Frequently Asked Questions from parents and carers about education and what support you can expect for your child to help meet their needs.

Who can Help?

You can contact the Healthy Child Programme by calling Just One Number on 0300 300 0123 or texting Parentline on 07520 631590 to talk to a health professional for advice and support. Our opening hours are 8am-6pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.

If you are 11-19 you can text Chathealth on 07480 635060 for confidential advice from one of the Healthy Child Programme team.
