From 1st April 2023 all referrals for mild to moderate mental health support for 0-25 year olds across Norfolk & Waveney will be processed by Just One Number.
The team in Just One Number will review the needs outlined in the referral and pass to the appropriate organisation to best support the child / young person or young adult. These organisations include;
You will be sent details about which organisation the referral has been passed on to once it has been processed. This will also be sent to the GP. Sometimes we might feel further intervention is not needed but we will still contact you to let you know and offer some advice and guidance to support the needs given in the referral.

For 24/7 immediate advice, support and signposting for people with mental health difficulties please contact 111 and select the mental health option or text SHOUT to 85258. If someone’s life is at risk or they cannot be kept safe, call 999 or go to A&E.
Self-referrals
We know it can be hard to complete a referral for yourself so please ask a parent / carer, teacher or someone you trust to help you. You can also call us on 0300 300 0123 for support.
Please complete this form in full in order for us to process the referral. Incomplete referrals will be returned to the referrer and not processed as we require all the information to help us best meet the needs of child or young person.
Completing this form will take 10-15 minutes, and cannot be saved once started.
