Healthy Start

Healthy Start cards are for pregnant women, and parents or carers of young children. If you meet the criteria you can get free vitamins and a card that can be used for milk (including first formula milk), vegetables and fruit.

Eating a varied diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables helps us stay well, as well as helping our mood and energy levels.
