Services To Support You & Your Family

Video Appointments

With the support of NHS England and NHS Improvement we are now offering video appointments to some of our families. The decision to offer this type of appointment will be made by our clinicians and is a service for pre-booked appointments only.

Video Consultations With Families

For pre-booked video appointments please select the visit you are attending below.

You will be asked your name, date of birth and contact number. You will then be taken to a secure meeting room and your health practitioner will be with you soon, to begin the appointment.

What Is A Video Appointment?

Video appointments are easy to use and can be more convenient. Attend Anywhere is a secure web-based platform for families with pre-booked video appointments. You can use the platform on any PC, Mac or iOS/Android device, using Google Chrome(for PC/Mac/Android devices) or Safari (for iOS devices and Macs).

How does a video appointment work?

We will contact you by letter or email to book your appointment. This will include the date and time your appointment will take place.

On the date and time of your appointment you will be able to enter your a secure meeting room via the appointment buttons above. It is a good idea to enter the room a few minutes early.

You will be asked to fill in your name, date of birth and phone number. We ask for a phone number so we can call you back if there are any difficulties.

We will not store the details you submit and any details will be transferred securely.

Who can Help?

If you have any questions about your appointment or you need to reschedule, you can contact Just One Number on 0300 300 0123. Our opening hours are 8am-6pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.
