This session is for all those in Norfolk & Waveney who are pregnant or who have had a baby within the past year. Join the Norfolk & Waveney NHS Perinatal Pelvic Health Team to 'talk about the pelvic floor', how to look after your pelvic health with pelvic floor exercises and other self-help information to manage common issues in pregnancy such as leaking wee with coughing and sneezing and constipation.

They will also be talking about eating well and exercising during pregnancy, and will be at hand to answer any questions.

If you would like some help to access or book onto these events please call our Just One Number team on 0300 300 0123. They will be able to answer any questions and offer support. 

Our opening hours are 8am-6pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.

Some webinars have presentation slides which are shared after the event. If you were unable to join the webinars, or just want to take another look at the presentations that were shared, you can access these below.
