Baby Brain Development Workshop

At this interactive information session, for parents and carers of 0-5s in Norfolk, you will find out what your baby's experience of the world is like in their first year and understand how you can support them to learn and develop during it.

There will also be plenty of time to ask questions.

Pelvic Health Webinar

Who is at risk of developing incontinence and prolapse during and after pregnancy, and what can be done to try to prevent it?

Our Physiotherapy team invite you to attend a webinar, to support you during and after pregnancy by providing general self-care information and advice on pelvic health, whilst also raising the awareness of pelvic health issues and the support that is available. The team will be discussing all things pelvic health related, including wee, wind, poo, vaginas and importantly the pelvic floor muscles.

If you would like some help to access or book onto these events please call our Just One Number team on 0300 300 0123. They will be able to answer any questions and offer support. 

Our opening hours are 8am-6pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.

Some webinars have presentation slides which are shared after the event. If you were unable to join the webinars, or just want to take another look at the presentations that were shared, you can access these below.
